                   This one is important. You have to load your muscles with protein in order to make them grow. While you may use various supplements available in the market easily, you may also edit your homemade products' diet chart to get the maximum benefit.

                   While Non-Vegeterians have an edge over Vegeterians, but there is no reason that a bodybuilder can't be a professional if he is vegeterian. I am also a vegeterian, but found no problem in my gains.

                   The best friend of a vegeterian is Soya Bean. These are simply fantastic and can be added to any of your dishes, no matter how it tastes. They have an animal like protein structure and give stunning results to bodybuilders. A word of caution though, they are allergic to some.

                    The other best thing for a vegeterian bodybuilder is Milk. This is a complete whole food. They provide almost anything. A vegeterian must drink at least 4 glasses of milk for getting good gains.

                   The other good things for veggies include beans, gram, pulses, peanuts, spinach, other nutritious vegetables, definitely rice, wheat & poatato.

                    While non-veggies may eat egg, meat, fish and other things, the egg is best thing for them. A non-veg bodybuilder must eat at least 2 to 4 eggs, max may not be defined. Fish is the other best thing for them.
